The Staff is Always Courteous
"I have been having my vehicles serviced at All Out Auto Repair since the business opened. It has been evident that Darren and his crew take pride in providing exceptional service and are knowledgeable in the auto repair and maintenance profession.
Whenever my vehicle is brought in for repair, the staff has always been courteous and listen to the concern that is expressed. The vehicle is looked at in a very timely fashion and before work is done. I am consulted as to the problem, the solution, and the cost that will be incurred. In the event that my vehicle has a problem that is a safety issue or if further driving would cause immediate damage, the staff somehow finds a way to get the vehicle done in the same day.
The confidence I have in Darren is "if a repair is needed, then do it." By the same token, if a concern is such that it is not a safety issue and is not a 'must' repair, I am made aware of that and a decision with consultation can be made.
I know Darren continually monitors maintenance done on all the vehicles in his shop. He oversees all aspects of the repairs and provides guidance to his staff when needed. He takes on the role that any vehicle that leaves his shop is a reflection of the work that he has done.
When the repair is done and the bill is presented, the front office staff takes the time to go over the parts that were needed with their function, the labour that was involved, and the total cost.
